The story that surrounds this cocktail and its engineer is so peculiar, that it has a documentary titled In Search of Harvey Wallbanger focused on the figure of Duke, who apart from being a master blender, was manager of a world boxing champion and promoter of numerous charity projects. The legend of Duke brings a mystical touch to the Harvey Wallbanger, which is based on vodka.
4,5 cl of Vodka (3 parts)
1.5 cl of Galliano - Italian herb liqueur - (1 part)
9 cl orange juice (6 parts)
Put ice in a tall glass. Add the vodka and orange juice. And throw some of Galliano over it. Garnish the cocktail with a little orange on the edge of the glass and a cherry. You can't miss....
