Leite de Onça
Cachaça is the most popular distilled alcoholic beverage in Brazil. That is why most of the...
cocktails that are born in that country include it in their ingredients. Leite de Onça is no exception, although its taste is. When condensed milk is added to the mixture, the end result is very difficult to achieve if these ingredients are not used exactly:
Source
A part of milk
A part of cachaça
A part of coconut liqueur
Half a portion of condensed milk
The Leite de Onça, Jaguar Milk for Americans, is usually prepared in large jars. First mix the condensed milk and milk until they are even (you can use the blender). Then add the cachaça. And at the end, when it has passed through the fridge and is ready to serve, add the coconut liqueur. It is served in a cup and is usually garnished with cinnamon or chocolate sprinkled on top. In fact, if no one tells you otherwise, you may drink it thinking it's a glass of milk.
