Whiskey Sour: cocktail to drink before dinner.
4.5 cl of bourbon whiskey
3.0 cl lemon juice
1.5 cl of syrup
White egg (only if shaken harder to foam the egg).
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. If "On the rocks" is served, strain the ingredients into a wide glass filled with ice. Garnish with half a slice of orange and a cherry maraschino.
