There was a Hurricane in Tallahassee which is where my mother-in-law lives and she was texting to us in the family group like this: “The storm has come. For now it is rain. Our hurricane winds will be at category 1 and peak from 6-7. It is quite possible that we lose cell coverage. So don’t worry too much. We will text every few hours when we can” I was confused because I thought cell coverage means the roof. So when I was reading it I was thinking why mom still tells us don’t worry too much even though it is quite possible that they will lose the roof of the house? I did look it up in dictionary and tried to figure out what does cell coverage mean but the answer I got just didn’t make any sense to me. Then my fiancé explained it to me that the cell coverage means mobile phone signal or data. Then I understood and it was terribly funny to us and made us laugh out loud. Think about how different it was with just one word misunderstood! I was impressed by this experience and it helped me remember the phrase of cell coverage! It was a good learning experience though!
