today i'm going to present a very simple program that any one can apply it :
1/ if you specify every day 15minute to think how can you improve your self ,certainly at the end of each year you will feel the change in you personality.
2/ if you take every day 15minutes to do something interesting instead of wasting time absolutely you will succeed in your future life.
3/ if you specify every day 15minutes to learn new language that's. more interesting that going one time in a week to private school of languages.
4/ to take every day 15 minutes to walk fast is more important than going one time in the week to the Jym
5/ if you take everyday 15minutes from your time in order to read new informations at the end you will accumulate a wide knowledge...
6/ if you specify every day 15 minutes to write your feeling, habits or your thinking you will be able to write every 2 day a paragraph and by the end you will find that you have your own novel.
