Good day to all Steemitian, today I was just shared some info about team building by one my friend or a mentor. Team building have never been important than before. in a simple way, we are not octopus, with each arm have its own mind to operate.
With today speed and technology in sharing information and operating businesses, doing it all by our self are waste of time and we cannot learn everything in our lifetime just to catch up the newest trend.
We should understand the fundamental of a subject, Instead of doing it all our self, after that we search and inviting people with talent and fully committed to be part of the team.
Therefore, it is important to search for a person (partners) who shared the same mission and a core value or beliefs that could push your idea forward and better in longer term.
Key elements for team building.
- sharing similar mission, core value, beliefs (Working for a longer term of prospect)
- Motivated and committed
- sharing and discussion
- Follow executed discussed result
- Troubleshooting resulting
- Anything wrong, revised discussed result (back to steps 4)
So, what are the fuzzes about team building, the problem we always listen and saw in other people experience, or we experienced?
We could have found the most ideal partners, but we most entangle is the steps 4 (Follow), 5(Troubleshooting), and 6 (Rectified ASAP).
you must asking, what is the deal by analogy team building with car?
All cars have wheels (wheel is human), more wheels mean it could support heavy load (greater mission). If the both front wheel that steer a car have problem, it might steer the car to a sidewalk or crash to tree/wall. Or even worst, the rear wheel jam (lazy or delay). Your team is doom. Instead moving forward on a right track, it crash in mid way.
Yes, everyone make mistaken, but if it didn't rectify it as soon as possible when a problem was found, it would be from 0 to negative value.
My friend show me that this simple analogy could always let you thought about a great team building always push forward no matter how hard the path is.
Hope you enjoy reading this fruitful article that i obtain from a verbal sharing session by my mentor. Please do leave comment or add on some related info and support me at . Thank you.
