Hunter Ballew grew up in Greensville. His family wasn't poor, but they weren't exactly poor either. They had to face some of the challenges that most families go through, but through the innovative ess of his father, they made it through those tough times. From a young age of just six years, he started looking for anything to sell n order to make money. His creativity and skills drive him to look for things in the woods, anything including lizards that could bring him money. This behavior, coupled with his lack of interest in education, instilled in him the desire to succeed through entrepreneurship.
Hunter Ballew, the firefighter
Lack of interest in school didn't stop Hunter Ballew from finishing his high school education. He knew the importance of education and worked towards graduating even though he didn't perform exceptionally well. After graduation, he joined the Marine Corp. He then went on to become a firefighter. While still in that profession, Hunter started a side business that involved buying things at a lower price and selling them for profit. He didn't have specific categories. He sold anything he could find so long as it had a lower buying price than the selling price. After trying that for a short time, Hunter Ballew started a moving company. That business venture was short-lived as he realized that the flipping businesses brought in more income than the moving business. He went back to flipping but also developed an interest in eCommerce and digital marketing.

Hunter Ballew's online marketing venture became successful, and he decided to share his knowledge by helping companies use the same techniques to make more profits. Unlike most entrepreneurs, Hunter Ballew started another business to develop his marketing skills and show other companies that what worked for him could work for them as well.
