I want to get back to work. I want to be productive but I can't. My thoughts are scattered and I can't keep them arranged long enough to make sense of what I'm looking at.
Time waits for no one though and I have to get work done.
There are times when your work literally depends on your stepping back and putting yourself together. Working non-stop doesn't mean that you'll get more done especially if you feel burned out.
If you aren't able to focus right now, know that it's alright to take a break. You don't have to feel guilt about it. When you take a break, you'll feel more refreshed and will be able to think about your task more clearly.
