Notice of Pending Lawsuit
In an historic move on behalf of disclosure of the true intentions behind geoengineering and the many questionable health impacts it entails, environmental group Legal Alliance to Stop Geoengineering (LASG) has served a 33-page notice of intent to file a lawsuit. Named in the notice are at least 36 "violators" including representatives of multiple US government defendants, which include the US Air Force, US Navy, US Federal Aviation Administration, and other agencies located in Washington, D.C., and the State of California.
According to the notice's summary section, the group alleges:
"In this time of disclosure, the citizens of this nation – indeed, of this planet – deserve to know the nature and extent of the aerosol spraying programs (“Programs”) occurring in the skies over California and its waters (both coastal and inland), as well as across this country and beyond its borders. These Programs include so-called "solar radiation management" (SRM), “stratospheric aerosol geoengineering" (SAG) and “stratospheric aerosol injection” (SAI) programs, as well as other aerosol spraying programs being conducted by various entities, including, but not limited to, the US government and its contractors and affiliates.
Beyond the fictional defense that “itʼs not happening” and that the artificial clouds are “just persistent contrails” from commercial aircraft, the actual Programs are releasing nano-particulates of toxic materials, including, but not limited to, aluminum oxide, barium, and strontium, into the atmosphere at high levels in the dubious effort to impact the climate or for other reasons unknown. CIA Director John Brennan confirmed on June 29, 2016, that SAI Programs are anything but fiction.
Based on the law of gravity, such toxic dispersions are coming down to ground-level waters, and contaminating our air, soil and water. The resulting damage to our environment and human health is widespread."

For those readers unfamiliar with geoengineering, climate engineering, and weather modification, the author cites a "tame" definition of geoengineering from Wikipedia, as follows:
"Climate engineering, also referred to as geoengineering or climate intervention, is the deliberate and large-scale intervention in the Earth’s climatic system with the aim of limiting adverse climate change. Climate engineering is an umbrella term for two types of measures: carbon dioxide removal and solar radiation management. Carbon dioxide removal addresses the cause of climate change by removing one of the greenhouse gases (carbon dioxide) from the atmosphere. Solar radiation management attempts to offset effects of greenhouse gases by causing the Earth to absorb less solar radiation."
While the stated purposes for geoengineering activities may indeed be genuine, the manner in which these activities are conducted, in addition to their consequences on the global population, include the adverse health concerns to humans, animals, plants and ecosystems. The notice implies that geoengineering activities may not have been adequately researched or disclosed in a manner that provided sufficient time for people to react.
Toxins Delivered by Air
While the notice specifically addresses the quality of drinking water, the method of delivery of toxic chemicals to drinking water includes delivery as an "aerosol", which is the seemingly harmless name for the many "chemtrails" one sees strewn across the sky at all times of the day and night.
A Long List of Poisons
Independent reports from across the globe state that chemtrails dispersed everywhere indeed cause concern for world health everywhere. The chemicals may include toxic substances like those listed in the notice above, but also may contain:
- aluminum - an element commonly associated with Alzheimer's and other neurological disorders
- arsenic - a commonly known biotoxin
- barium
- boron
- strontium
- cadmium
- chromium
- nickel
- thorium
- desiccated blood
- mold spores
- yellow fungal mycotoxins
- ethylene dibromide
- polymer fibers
And the list goes on.
Why?
Put aside all conventional "scientific" thinking and ask yourself this on an intuitive level, if indeed you do take the time to even wonder.
Assume that these compounds do not exist in the atmosphere in nature, disperse for thousands of miles, and eventually fall from air onto the water and soil. Given that little to no isolated testing nor disclosure (the the impending lawsuit demanding such disclosure) regarding the effects of geoengineering has been conducted nor disclosed...
What is the intention behind loading our skies, our food, and our water with so many poisonous compounds?
