Five things a day might be too much to save the planet.
Let's try one thing each day that could make a difference.
Today let's talk fashion...
Yesterday I was in Bristol where Extinction Rebellion were holding a protest about Fast Fashion - people buying clothes that they only wear very few times and then throw away.
That's not for me. I keep my clothes for years and rarely buy new ones.
Mr Fashion I am not.
But it made me think.
By chance today on Twitter I spotted Abermaw Apparel.
They are an independent clothing company that produce clothing using organic cotton, their production unit is powered by renewable energy and they are only about 50 miles away from me.
And today they had a free UK delivery offer.
Two of my daughters needed new t-shirts.
So they each chose a t-shirt, and hey presto the job was done.
It is still buying new - but definitely better than them buying from Primark, H & M or one of the other big corporate stores.
That's one quick thing I've done today for the planet.
If you are looking for a new t-shirt, hoodie or the like check out Abermaw Apparel.
They have some great designs, they are environmentally sound and their prices are not too bad.
