Has the EOS Dawn 3.0 release date changed?

I was waiting for EOS Dawn 3.0 realease and it increased a little bit today.
But I heard something from my friend.
The release date of eos has postponed??

I kept searching in google and there was a post about EOS release date.
Just 17 hrs before in the Github it was written January 31.
