Nearly two weeks ago, EOS New York has put up their proposal to replace the interim constitution by the EOS User Agreement:

Now after two weeks, this got the approval of 11 of 15 required top 21 bps. So not the snaplike approval i assumed. Has this affected the supporting bps in any was?
What i dearly missed is an open discussions of this, finally two BPs have been outspoken about their decision for or against the EUA:
EOS Rio Brazil (Top 21 bp) epxlaining why they voted for:

Criticizing the way it has been put up for vote (which i totally share), they determined from the existing referendum proposal, that the EUA would be the most favoured among token holders, and decided to vote for yes.
EOS Dublin discusses why they voted against:

They also criticize the timing, as well as the length (due to inner inconsistencies of the proposal itself).
What ever you make of these statements, i believe both are very balanced and rational statements, and i appreciate both bps for taking the effort.
Having said this, for a matter as serious as a new constitution i would expect a much more clearer communication from all BPs
I do know from a few other bps about their standpoint but those statements are all in infromal media like telegram, or the EOSTownHall on Youtube which certainly isn't watched by anyone else than a few insiders and the occasional governance nerd like me.
Have you made up your mind about the EUA?
