Hello Steemers! This was a quick live stream I did about EOS. Great technology, and a lot of details in the ICO, all of which are revealed in this video. I also share my personal viewpoints of rights of US citizens on the Ethereum blockchain.
When I send ETH to any address on the Ethereum blockchain, I am not agreeing to a EULA which does not exist in the contract itself. "Code is law" was the mantra of Ethereum. If "code is law" then EULA's are not part of Ethereum. This is my position. Corporations and other organizations may disagree, but it is a position someone may have to defend in court one day and I hope they win. I also hope it is not me trying to defend it.
That said, what it amounts to is EOS protecting itself from the SEC in the USA.
