Not a tech savy, but except for the big stage, big names, nothing spectacular happened in my view. A sort of road map presentation. Will see how will things evolve in the next week and months.
The new social media platform based on EOS will be called Voice with its own voice token. Not a lot of info was given about it, just that it will be easy to create an account, and the tokens will be earned with likes/voices. Also a mention that tokens will be earned just for checkin in daily.
It looks like a lightweith app with a specific usage for social. It will probably be a completly different experience then Steem/Steemit, so I can see both of the project moving forward on their own different way.
Everything that brings crypto closer to masses is a good thing.
