Digest of EOS is launched but still not live, WHY?

The main net was launched on 10th June 2018 although it was still not live for users. There are several reasons for that fact as shown below.

1. EOS main net won’t go live as the block producers are still waiting to be voted. So far, the network only has 20% (30M) of total expected tokes (150M) staked in order to vote who the block producers would be (ROGIC, 2018).

2. Part of non-technical users have no idea how to vote. They are still waiting for more precise directions on voting like appropriate and approved tools (ROGIC, 2018).

3. The performance of EOS is a little bit unsatisfied. Specifically, EOS has gone down by -1.79% during the last week (TradingView, 2018).
