In the following graphs we compare the cumulative distributions of the early contributions submitted to the Status and EOS initial token offerings (ICO). The x-axis shows the sum of all contributions from each unique address. The y-axis shows the cumulative ratio of contributions smaller than a given ETH value in the total ICO. Different colored curves represent the state of the ICOs calculated at different times (with respect to the zero hour).
Considering the initial 6 hours of the two ICOs, we can conclude that Status was dominated by large contributions. ~40% of the total came from contributions larger than 10 ETH (~$2,500) while for EOS, such contributions accounted for only ~10% of the total.
