I was Diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 30.
Having had experiences associated with the illness for about five years prior I have a perspective and an insight into it that many do not have our perhaps cannot articulate.
My hope is that through the telling of my story from a very subjective view point I can provide an insight for people into what the experience can be like and how it can affect those around the person with epilepsy.
There are many misunderstandings about epilepsy, and while I do not expect I will not dispel all of these, I hope to bring light an alternative perspective to some of these.
Follow my posts and ask questions. I want this to be read to people's eyes and to share what I find an amazing story worthy of telling. I hope you enjoy the journey.
