Help me understand the situation. Below are screenshots of communication support Bleutrade. Statements related to the situation when the digital cryptocurrency ERC has the same designation for two different protocols :(

Like many fans of bitcoin I use coinmarketcap.com to follow the price altcoins. When some altcoin increases in the price is the ability to earn arbitrage between exchanges. The same happened a few weeks ago with EuropeCoin (ERC) which is traded on the two exchanges Bleutrade and Bittrex...

PS:
- At present Bleutrade is warning customers about the incompatibility of different versions of the ERC coins, maybe my reference in some way contributed ago.
- I lost a few coins for intentionally made to verify the transaction knowing that I can lose money working with little-known ERC (EuropeCoin). But I could lose 0.124 btc, for me is a significant amount. That is why such an attitude Bleutrade-support to me even more was unacceptable and offensive.
- Be careful when working with little-known altcoins and exchanges
