Today I'm very happy to make this post, happy! Although these are changing times for our STEEM Blockchain, we must continue giving the best for it, and for the community that accompanies us. Let the creativity in the community overflow and prepare activities that will bring value to our STEEM Blockchain. That's why today I want to tell you my plans for STEEM; thanks to the initiative of Fundition accompanied by @pennsif in the post [The Fundition Support Program for Steem Meetups & Events](https://steemit.com/fundition/@fundition/the-fundition-support-program-for-steem-meetups-and-events), I've thought of doing a MeetUp to gather the community and also to introduce STEEM to new people. I'm excited to dream of meetings where everything that STEEM encompasses is made known. It would be the first MeetUp this year 2020 in our city of Caracas; I have to confess that I have enough time without meeting this way with the community, but the experience that we live with the steemians is very special, it is to pass from the virtual world of the STEEM blockchain to the real world, where we share, we know each other, we make empathy and also we are surprised to meet. Seeing the joy in their looks, the nerves to be, the shyness while making the atmosphere; these and many other emotions are those that are lived in the MeetUps. I can remember it clearly, I'm sure that if you have participated in any of them you know what I mean. # I am @Enmy, steemian since 2 years and some months ago, in my blog I publish several topics such as: photographs, the ones I like the most are the ones taken with my mobile phone; from time to time I write stories and sometimes I think about them, I use the STEEM Dapps, I write and make videos about them so that the community knows and uses them, I also publish content for my 3Speak and YouTube channel. # THIS IS THE FIRST MEETINGUP # MeetUp 80's #### To organize meetings you have to do several things, here I will mention them to you. * Select the meeting place; this was a very easy task to do, because I visited a food sale place that is more than 70 years old with a 60's decoration, its name is El Trolly, * Name of MeetUp; thanks to the local decoration I thought of making a MeerUp with the 80's motif, so if you are thinking of joining us go prepare yourself for the space that awaits us. * Meet with the owners of the place; the energy and good vibe that unites us, we share and reach good agreements. * Call ##### In each post I will bring you advances of what I am doing for this activity, until now I have clear the amount of people that will attend; that will be :15 steemians and 15 quotas to attract new users, with a total of 30 people. The date scheduled for the event is April 25, 2020, with a schedule from 15:00 to 18:00. Very important the 15 new people that will know STEEM in this MeetUp, I will select them by means of some contests that I will carry out in the social networks. For those steemians who want to join us there will also be some activity to have a quota of those 15 places: * Those first 15 steemians who make a post about why they want to participate in MeetUp and have the opportunity to show your story. * Be a well elaborated post, where you describe with images, videos and text the real steemians you have well kept. Hoy estoy muy feliz de hacer este post, ¡feliz! aunque son tiempos de cambios para nuestra Blockchain de STEEM, debemos seguir dando lo mejor para ella, y para la comunidad que nos acompaña.

Que se desborde la creatividad en la comunidad y se preparen actividades que aporten valor a nuestra Blockchain de STEEM.

Es por eso que hoy quiero contarte mis planes para STEEM; gracias a la iniciativa de Fundition acompañado de @pennsif en el post [The Fundition Support Program for Steem Meetups & Events](https://steemit.com/fundition/@fundition/the-fundition-support-program-for-steem-meetups-and-events), se me ha ocurrido hacer un MeetUp para reunir a la comunidad y además dar a conocer a STEEM a nuevas personas. Me emocionada soñar con reuniones donde se de a conocer todo lo que engloba STEEM. Sería el primer MeetUp este año 2020 en nuestra ciudad de Caracas; les tengo que confesar que tengo bastante tiempo sin reunirme de esta manera con la comunidad, pero la experiencia que se vive con los steemians es muy especial, es pasar del mundo virtual de la blockchain de STEEM al mundo real, donde se comparte, nos conocemos, hacemos empatía y ademas nos sorprendemos de encontrarnos.

Ver la alegría en sus miradas, los nervios por estar, la timidez mientras se hace el ambiente; esas y muchas otras emociones son las que se viven en los MeetUps. Lo puedo recordar claramente, estoy segura que si has participado en alguno sabes a que me refiero.

# Soy

@Enmy, steemian desde hace 2 años y algunos meses, en mi blog publico varios temas como: fotografías, las que más me gustan son las realizadas con mi teléfono móvil; de vez en cuando escribo relatos y algunas veces reflexiones, utilizo las Dapps de STEEM, escribo y hago videos sobre ellas para que la comunidad conozca y las utilicen, ademas publico contenido para mi canal de 3Speak y YouTube. Hoy compré ésta cuenta con un objetivo: Informar a la comunidad sobre los MeetUp además de administrar los fondos que se recolectan para hacer las reuniones; tener una cuenta para estas actividades es lo ideal ya que hay que administrar presupuestos, ésta es la mejor forma de hacerlo además que se sugiere en la publicación que te mencioné, también es probable que se tenga que llegar a hacer power down para completar los fondos y ésto, es algo que no promuevo, que hasta ahora no lo he hecho en mi cuenta y tampoco tengo planes de hacerlo.

Para organizar reuniones hay que hacer varias cositas, aquí te las voy a mencionar.

* Seleccionar el lugar del encuentro; ésta fue una tarea muy fácil de hacer, porque visité un Local de venta de comida que tiene más de 70 años con una decoración de los años 60, su nombre es El Trolly,

* Nombre de MeetUp; gracias a la decoración sel local se me ocurrió hacer un MeerUp con el Motivo de los años 80's, así que si estas pensando acompañarnos ve preparándote para el espacio que nos espera.

* Reunirme con los dueños del local; la energía y la buena vibra que nos une, compartimos y llegamos a buenos acuerdos.

# Convocatoria

En cada post les traeré avances de lo que voy haciendo para esta actividad, hasta ahora tengo claro la cantidad de personas que asistirán; que serán :15 steemians y 15 cupos para captar nuevos usuarios, con un total de 30 personas.

La fecha programada para el evento el 25 de Abril del 2020, con un horario desde las 15:00 a las 18:00.

Muy importantes las 15 nuevas personas que conocerán STEEM en éste MeetUp, las seleccionaré mediante algunos concursos que realizaré en las redes sociales.

Para aquellos steemians que quieran acompañarnos también existirá alguna actividad para tener un cupo de esos 15 puestos:

* Aquellas primeros 15 steemians que realicen un post sobre por qué quieren participar en el MeetUp y que tengan la oportunidad de mostrar tu historia.

* Sea un post bien elaborado, donde describan con imágenes, vídeos y texto el verdadero steemians que tienen bien guardado. Evita publicaciones de bajo esfuerzo, es decir; publicaciones con una sola imagen, con algunas pocas palabras o videos de 3 minutos.

* Utilicen la etiqueta de #meetup #meetupvzla (son las que se me ocurren para encontrar sus publicaciones y además tengan visualización en la plataforma)

* Importante dejar el link de su post en un comentario a esta publicación y dejar un hermoso comentario.

# Actividades

Aún falta conocer sobre éste gran evento, tendré planificado para ese día:

- Charla de Steem y de Blockchain, importante para los nuevos usuarios

- Steemians para que presenten sus proyectos y los talentos que muestran en STEEM.

- Un rato de Karaoke, para animar un poco el espacio, así que prepara tu pista desde ya para que participes.

# Presupuesto

Quiero llevar a STEEM de forma divertida a las nuevas personas que la conocerán, además quiero recordarles a la comunidad que podemos divertirnos y publicar riendo. Hacer de STEEM el mejor espacio para publicar.

Para reunir a 30 Personas en el primer MeetUp, he planificado un presupuesto que se detalla a continuación.

6$ por persona cóctel y aperitivos, un total del 180$

Sistema de sonido, monitores, micrófonos. 15$

Sistema de karaoke. 10$

Gastos administrativos. 20$
