I have two artworks this time because they are connected in that the second artwork 'evolution' is the literal evolution of the first artwork 'flourish'.
When I picked up the pencil again after 3 years from my first real artwork I wanted to try out different styles, so I decided a flower and gave it a go. Looked quite good art the time but now looking back I think it looks rubbish haha, later on because the fact I was satisfied with my work, I decided to really give it my all tis time and I was really happy with what I did this time.
I think it was the colours I was most unhappy with the first time round but I wanted to also increase the detail, it was drawn on A3 and looking at it now in real life its crazy detailed, I don't do such tiny patterns now as I realised doing artwork bigger isn't too much extra work and its easier on my eyes haha.
