The world of Esports is getting big. Once taken as a joke by the generation that grew up with "real" sports has now surprised them by becoming one of the biggest revenue generating annually throughout the world. Gambling is something that has existed for the longest time as well but has mostly been controlled by centralized services, much as everything else that blockchain is here and planning to replace sooner rather than later. If you realize the risks of investing at something as volatile as cryptocurrencies you should know by now not to invest more than you can afford to lose.
Having said that this does seem like an interesting project and probably worth the consideration. For disclosure I have invested a bit into this currency myself.
