The ingredients:

How:

Bahan-bahannya :
- 1 buah wortel
- 1 buah kentang
- 1/2 kg ayam
- telor puyuh
- tomat,daun bawang
- Salam sereh,santan kara
- Bawang merah dan putih
- ketumbar,kunyit
- sedikit jahe dan kunyit
- Royco (penyedap rasa)
Caranya :
iris tipis-tipis wortel dan potong dadu kentang kemudian rebus hingga empuk masukan ayam dan haluskan bumbu,setelah halus tumis hingga berbau harum,setelah itu masukan tumisan ke dalam air rebusan wortel,kentang dan ayam setelah semua matang masukan telur puyuh daun bawang dan santan kara jangan lupa beri penyedap rasa dan aduk kembali hingga matang,setelah matang karena ingin membuat soto jadi ayam yang sudah direbus bersama bumbu -bumbu tadi kita angkat dan goreng setelah matang angkat dan di suir-suir kecil
Bila ingin langsung di makan tinggal kita hidangkan di tata di dalam mangkuk irisan kol,tomat daun bawang dan ayam baru disiram oleh kuah rebusan ayam tadi dan jangan lupa di beri sambal agar semakin sedap
