တိုေတာင္း၍ ပိုေကာင္းေသာ ဘဝဒႆနမ်ား

"သူေတာ္လွ်င္ ငါေကာင္းမည္" ဆိုတဲ့ အဆိုအမိန္ ့ဟာ
သူေတာ္ေကာင္းနဲ ့ပတ္သက္တဲ့ အစစ္အမွန္ ဒႆနမဟုတ္ပါဘူး။
လူေတာ္လူေကာင္း တစ္ေယာက္ရဲ႕ ျမင့္ျမတ္မႈဆိုတာ
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ နွလံုးအိမ္အတြင္းမွာ တည္ရွိပါတယ္။
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို ့ေကာင္းတယ္ဆိုရင္ ဘယ္ေနရာသြားသြား
ေကာင္းျမတ္မႈက ကၽြန္ေတာ္နဲ ့ အတူရွိေနတာပါ။
လူေတြက ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ကို ခ်ီးမြမ္းရင္ ခ်ီးမြမ္းမယ္၊
ကဲ့ရဲ ႔ရင္ ကဲ့ရဲ ႔မယ္၊ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ အထင္ေသးရင္ေသးမယ္၊
သူတို႔ဘာပဲေျပာေျပာ၊ ဘာပဲလုပ္လုပ္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို ့ဟာ
ေကာင္းျမဲေကာင္းေနမွာပါ။ ဒါကသာ
သူေတာ္ေကာင္းဒႆနအစစ္အမွန္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
The saying, "If he treats me good, I will be good to him",
is not a true philosophy about noble person.
Nobility of a clever and good person lies within us.
If we are good then wherever we go, the goodness stays with us.
People may praise us, blame us or they are contempt for us,
but whatever they say or do, we are still good.
This only is a true philosophy about noble person.
သူတစ္ပါးေလးစားခံထိုက္တဲ့ လူတစ္ေယာက္ဆိုတာ
ဟိရိ၊ ၾသတၱပၸဆိုတဲ့ ပင္ကိုယ္အရည္အခ်င္းရွိသူ၊
အျခားသူေတြကို ၾကင္နာ၊ သနား၊ စာနာေထာက္ထားသူ၊
သူတစ္ပါးထိခိုက္နာၾကင္မွာကို စိုးရြံ ႔သူျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါ့အျပင္
လိုအပ္ခိ်န္မွာ အကူအညီေပးဖို ့အျမဲ ျပင္ဆင္ထားသူျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
အျခားသူေတြကို အလုပ္အေကၽြးျပဳဳျခင္းျဖင့္ နားလည္မႈ၊ ၾကင္နာမႈ၊
သနားမႈ၊ ရိုးသားမႈ၊ ရိုးရွင္းမႈ၊ ယဥ္ေက်းသိမ္ေမြ ့မႈ၊ ႏွိမ့္ခ်မႈ၊
ေရာင့္ရဲေက်နပ္မႈစိတ္ထားေတြကို ျပသရပါမယ္။ ဒါေတြဟာ
ဂုဏ္ယူသင့္တဲ့ ထိုက္တန္ေသာ လူ႔တန္ဖိုးေတြျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ဒီလိုလူ ့တန္ဘိုးေတြ မရွိလ်င္ ကြ်န္ေတာ္တို ့ဟာ အသိဉာဏ္မဲ့တဲ့
တိရစၧာန္နဲ ့သူမသာကိုယ္မသာ သတၱဝါျဖစ္သြားပါလိမ့္မယ္။
A human being who is worthy of respect is one
who has the attributes of Fear and Shame,
who is kind, compassionate, and sympathetic to others,
who is afraid to cause harm to others and is ever prepared
to lend a helping hand when in need. By being of service to others,
we must show a spirit of understanding, kindness, compassion,
honesty, simplicity, gentleness, humility and contentment.
These are worthy human values which we should be proud.
If we don't have such values, we will be a living being
who is no better than those of animals without intelligence.
