That is why those who are mediocre in school and even drop out can have tremendous success in their lives, what we need to learn is building assets as early as possible (skill / passion) and creating something (build snowball) that can be useful to others.
Surely all that is not as easy as the words in this article, you need time, capital, connections, hard work, and so on. Success is not about the value / GPA we have but our character, experience, ability and persistence. We can learn many of those who are successful despite not doing well during school, what we have to learn is the process, what makes them what they are, what they do and how they face life outside school. Some very good examples for us to learn such as:
Bill Gates - Microsoft founder
Steve Jobs - Apple founder
Mark Zuckerberg - Facebook founder
Richard Branson - founder of Virgin Group
David Karp - the founder of Tumblr
Michael Dell - the founder of Dell
Local version:
Bob Sadino - a successful entrepreneur famous for his shorts Arief Widhiyasa - CEO of Agate Studio Do not get inspired by the drop outs, but the process they live out of school life.
Life is the best education, not about school or grades or DO, but hard work, passion, commitment, sacrifice, never give up to keep learning and trying.
