It does not seem like is a good place for
to post exercise videos. Or any videos! Scroll down this 14 days of feed and take a look. He only posts with:
- Esteem
- Busy
- Dtube
Other than the ok - but not great - votes on the recent introduction video, dtube is the clear loser.

So wow! This was a shock. In terms of time, the videos were not too bad to create. About 75% were already on you tube. The steps I took were:
- Downloading them
- Canva posters
- Text
- Upload to dtube
Thanks to , I found the trick of compressing videos with yt. Once I do that, the videos go up to dtube quickly now.
I want to cross post anyway with the new ones.
But I could be doing busy and esteem posts instead and just embed the yt videos. Done!
These darn things are not a hit anyway.
The action on the new food blog is much better.
If you scroll back up and look, you will see that the video topics are:
- PTSD and Weight Loss PTSD related
- Easy exercise
- Health related
It seems like no one is interested in these topics, but I know some are since I talk to you in comments.
And the ptsd material is going crazy out on fb. I guess I am one of few who will even talk about this subject these days. People hide ptsd - both victims and families. I get big long replies out there with people wanting to talk to me about their ptsd story.
And I tweet all these videos with appropriate hashtags. ZERO votes from or Nathan. Whats up with that? What am I doing so wrong that not even one of them has a good vote. I must really suck.
And then! There's the whole effort of reading posts and checking videos in dtube to try to figure out what version of the z words and the snap words and how many 7's to put in the tag. Are we still a family or are we now a link? I do not know but:
- If you call yourself a family, people think they cannot come in or that you are a cult.
- And link is already taken by LinkedIn.
But, whatever, just tell me what to do, I do not like to have to keep figuring it out.
We need a "Daily family7znaplink" post to go to quickly to see what we have to do now. Let write it since she can apparently keep up.
I have no wifi time for this effort and I do not enjoy it and it takes time from so many more inportant tasks. But I "have to" know it before I post, and look! No votes lol.
I think I should just do the twitter stuff for the dtube project and skip the videos. At least for this poor blog.

I will do those two steps in the next 48 hours and then decide how to proceed.mMy best guess now is that I am out the door from dtube, but you never know.
