By strange coincidence for this freewrite prompt, I just took photos of my bedroom views TODAY.
I have some random plan for my Wednesday Walk post for ’s event this week and taking these view photos was part of that plan. So I guess this will be an illustrated freewrite, and preview of my Wednesday Walk to come.
I have a three-part sliding glass door that takes up the entire outside wall of my bedroom – the only room I have here in this condo. I sit all day and night facing a curtain so I will not be distracted.
I'm not showing you the curtain in this post and have no photos of it. but it is usually closed over two of the three doors.
I go out to my balcony when I want to be distracted and this is what I see when I go out there.
To the right is looking toward the pool, restaurant and shopping area of my condo property.
Straight ahead is the driveway and garage area where I usually cut through to get to the shopping.
To the left is more driveway and a view of the quietest highway construction project in the history of the world. They work at night and I almost never hear them. The highway will be done in a year or two maybe, but I will most likely not see it to the end.
The big stick thing in the center of that photo above is part of a small satellite dish on the wall that is not in use.
And here is a fantastic sunset from a couple of days ago. We are having smoggy haze from Indonesian fires and all of Kuala Lumpur is sick right now, including me.
I do not close one of my sliders – ever – and so I am breathing this yucky air all day. I guess the bonus is great sunsets and so I count my blessings.
My post is for the #freewrite daily challenge by . Freewrite is a great way to post on STEEM when you do not think you have the time, or talent, or anything to say. It’s a great way to start regular posting, and I know you can do this too! Here is Marianne’s freewrite prompt post for today. Give it a try and surprise yourself.
