Introduction
EFA - has taken a stand of some of the events that have occurred regarding steemit users, especially eSteemapp users. EFA has found so much content that is not worth Upvote and some content that deserves a vote but nothing happens there. So looking for a solution and getting some learning classes to discover their own identity as a creator, we have promised 3 days of study time and the guarantee of their content can be curated.
Purpose
Educate and create the characters of eSteemian that match their own expertise/field.
Schedule
The study schedule starts at 8:00 pm - 10:15 pm.
Implementation
The learning process takes place online through the Discord media, which is on the eSteem server located on the "efa-text-chat" and "efa-voice-chat" channels. All participants are expected to be present on time, and all presenters will be present during the learning process. When the material discussion process takes place, there will be a number of admin from the EFA team who controls the course of the event.

Target material/discussion submitted is :
1. Early stage
The target of teaching on the first day is about eSteem curation, detailed explanation of eSteem rules curate content/post, Such as a good content criterion.
2. Advanced stage
At this stage will explain how to create true and professional content such as journalists, such as How to choose a title, How to submit, How to design content/post content such as number of words, picture illustrations used, content neatness, and language.
In this discussion also introduced some HTML code that is often used blogger, especially on steemit commonly called "MarkDown".
And a number of them are also equipped to become future teachers/mentors for future EFA classes. They are excited!
All participants who have been said to pass the initial stages of registration ranges from +- 80 eSteemians, you can see here!
At this stage all participants will get a feasibility test, it is done like a test. Those who succeed will pass to the final stages.
3. The final stage
Well, at this stage are all selected learners of a whole number. Here they no longer get the material, then they will be given practice assignments directly on their content/posts. Here are those who made it to the final:

The graduated participants from this batch, will highly support (being the mentor) in the learning process on the next EFA Premiere Class Class 6
