Yesterday we had our first full day in Budva, Montenegro. It didn't start very well, because it was raining and windy. But the weather soon changed, as it often does in mountain areas. It actually changed several times while we were visiting. From rain to sun to rain and sun again. Very sudden changes. But luckily no short rain period caught us in the open (although we were ready for it too).
So, we aimed for the other side of the resort, and off we went. At the end of it being the old town and the citadel.

At the ground floor of the citadel, in the library, one can even organize small.weddings. There was one being prepared as we visited.
Here are only two pictures I've taken while walking on the narrow streets of the old town.
And that's how the visiting day ended...
As a bonus, I managed to capture the sunset on the mountain crests from our apartment's balcony.
