Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has blamed the United States and France for their unilateral task of announcing a plan for reconstruction of a stable nuclear deal signed between Iran and the world powers by 2015.
In Rouhani's speech on Wednesday in the northwestern city of Tabriz, Iran's President Emanuel Macron made a comment as well as his US counterpart Donald Trump about a possible "new contract".
"You [trump], along with the leaders of some European countries, have decided to reach an agreement between seven parties. Who can you do it?" Rouhani said, according to the Iranian press TV news website
"I called McRion a few times and talked to the bar once, and I have clearly told him that we will not add anything to the contract, nor will we remove anything from one sentence." The nuclear deal is a nuclear deal.
