Happy Monday, you guys!
It's another first day of the week, another opportunity to start your fitness week right. I havent been keeping up with exercise as much as I'd like to this past month, but I'm slowly getting back to it.
Earlier today, I got to go to the gym, and I found that the exercise that I used to find easy, I am now, all of a sudden, struggling to do. I also gained a few lbs in 1 month, which I plan to lose by the end of this month Hoefully.
This screenshots below is my workout summary today. I felt like I had a good workout. I sure was huffing and puffing at the end. I now just have to keep this momentum going for the rest of the week. Fingers crossed.
