Avocados!
This is my favourite. It's also popular because of it's heart-healthy fats, which make them extra creamy and rich. They contain more potassium than bananas. There are lots of proven health benefits from it. I've got this box of freshly picked avocado from a friend. It's not yet ripe, may take a day and i am super duper excited for it. Can't wait to make it a dessert! There are a lot of things you can do with it though. Most often used in guacamole but i love making it a simple dessert. I just put a milk in it and put it on freezer. Yum! They are big and lovely isn't it?
