Some ordinary photos here to please you!
I have tried to show you something different here as these photos were all taken with an LG 4 Mobile phone. I wanted to see the differences in the quality of the photos as opposed to taking them with my Canon SX60HD camera.
I can tell you here that I was surprised at what a mobile phone can do.
Let's have a look.
Sunrays across a large dam.
A beach shot near Struisbaai!
A lovely walkway next to the beach.
An old roadside farm stall.
Finally, baboons hunting guinea fowl.
Only six photos here taken with the mobile phone, as the others are of flowers and other things that do not fit in with the theme of this post. I wanted to keep the post focused on the sun, sky, and ocean and decided to add the last two, as they came out so nice.
Now here are 3 photos taken with my camera of the golden hour!
South Africa has a plethora, or should I say abundance, of varied sights across its 9 provinces and not one of them are same. Even the beaches along the country's very long coast line have different characters.
As diverse the landscape in South Africa, so too the beautiful diversity across the world - in nature, in vegetation, in coastlines, country-sides, cities and various settings. But what adds so wonderfully to this diversity, is the diversity of people living in the places across the globe.
Nature teaches love and acceptance, but sadly in this current state the world is in a bit of a mess. Greed, selfishness, and all of the other bad things are in abundance all over.
But, there are small groups of caring and loving people in each of these countries, and these are the ones that should unite all over to improve the current status. One can do very little, but an army of loving souls can move mountains.
May we learn from the brilliant colors and the warmth of the sun, the life and vibrancy of the ocean, and the endurance of nature's citizens.
Think about it, as time is of the essence!
