Mount Rinjani is located in lombok, West Nusa Tenggara province. Mount Rinjani is the second highest mountain in Indonesia with an altitude of 3726 MDPL. Mount Rinjani is an active type of Mount Merapi.
Mount Rinjani is a favorite mountain of local and foreign climbers, because this mountain keeps the scenery is very exotic and beautiful. There are 2 Rinjani mountain climbing paths to reach the peak, the Senaru ascent path and the climbing route sembalun.
At the summit of Rinjani mountain there is a very large crater so as to form the lake segara anak. Inside the crater there is also a mountain child Rinjani a gap year spewing hot lava.
Usually the climbers set up a tent on the edge of the lake immediately to the place ngecamp ngecamp and rest, while enjoying the beautiful panorama of the lake segara anak.
