Now come to the point. In September 2019, First time I hear the name of 'Steemit' social media site.And you also hear that you can earn money by using it.
After hear this, I try to find more about steemit. Then I found that -

Steemit is a social media site by build a living, breathing, and growing social economy. And It is a big community, where users are rewarded for sharing their content,voice, talent, photography etc. So Steemit is a new kind of observation on economy.

Is that easy to open a account on steemit?
Yes,very easy. You can create a account on normal process or create an account by using cryptocurrency. Here I say, at first you create a account by normal process. I also created my account normally. Steemit says you need time to open account normally, but they created or gave my account in only 36 hours. This time I says, I am lucky and thanks to Steem.
When I receive my account on steemit I don't know, How to use it?
Then I start go every option and try to understand. After that I up vote and comment many post. Then i saw my RCs power is rapidly down for my any activity. Because my steem power is only 15. What steemit gave me as loan for three month to start my steemit account.
How can I increase my RCs power?
I found that, the best way to get more RCs, buy steem power. Then I decide to invest. And invested $200 ETH on steemit.
Then I get 1290 steem. After that I transfer 500 steem on my steem power. And my RCs raised. Now this time, If I post 100 article in a day my RCs is not shown so down.
You can choose this ways.
Also you can choose another away to raised your steem power. That is: write two or three valuable content per day on steemit and get good reward for this. your steem power gone to up (set reward to 100% goes steem power, or 50%-50% goes to steem and steem power) it's take time but this idea works.
Is that really steem give valued my or your content?
100%. steemit give reward your valuable content or experience. Example : I share my travel experience in my first post on steemit. they reward my post. see all of my post where I got reward.

How can I increase my reputation power?
You think, by invest.No, it is not. The steemit reputation increase, when you post valuable content and get reward by those post. although You can say to increase steemit reputation is, to using steemit regularly, post good content regularly and experience of your activity etc.
In this 120 days my activity I archive my reputation power 59
Basically, I am an accountant. My hobby is writing, traveling, playing giter, teaching, watching movies etc. So It was quite difficult to write big content. ( For the past three days I have been trying to write these words, not in the mind)
Some time I see, many post some steemian writes ...... curate or some one work as a witness. I think, what is this?
How can they got this power?
Then I try to be a curator. I talk to some steemians to get curator ship. They said to me, its a hard work, see every new post and good content. if you think this post will get reward then you select them. I understand that and work for it.
now I have a curator ship, means I am a curator of 
When I started my curator ship then I was in level 1. now I am in level 4 by my hard work.
Is every post or content get reward?
It is a difficult question. Sometimes your quality content goes down by others post. No one see that or some how. Don't be hopeless, remember that, 'You can not to learn swim in one day'. One post not get value; next post can get value. next is not, try another.
At first you have to believe yourself, You can. I posted more than 340 content, in thus full content more than 150 plus. But every post of mine is not rewarded. One thing, you think your post is quality full but steem community or steemians think that is not good content. Then your post is not valued. So,
- Quality deiced by recipients. You can only serve your best. So, Do That.
Now I claim myself as a good steemian.

Now we are not small community. If all #steemian follow promotional formula then we can see so many user from other social media user will join to steemit.
