We have been hearing bits of advice here and there that we should drink 8 glasses of water a day. It's a must for everyone. Water flushes out toxins and if you have eaten salty food, you should drink a lot of water because too much sodium creates stones and same with sweets.
Some are complaining that drinking a lot of water causes frequent urination, it makes them urinate every 15 minutes which they find it inconvenient especially if they are at work, but hey, it's for your own good.
But here's what you can do to ease the flow and avoid urinating every 15 minutes.
SHAKE YOUR WATER
According to Healing Galing, you should pour water into a container (with cap) like bottles or Tumblers. Shake water 20 times on your left and do the same on your right then drink. You will notice changes in the amount you are needing to pee. Frequent urination will surely be lessened. Shaken water will also keep you hydrated much longer.
Also, have you noticed that sometimes when we drink water, we tend to choke, it's because of the Molecules. When you shake your water 40 times, it crushes the molecules into pieces. After shaking the water, it will be smooth to drink. So go ahead and try it.
But if frequent urination still persists, its best to see your doctor, it could be caused by enlarged prostate, diabetes or pregnancy.
