Hi best friends!!!
Yesterday I did a challenge in the form of taking a picture in the form of a type of insect that is quite cool color, people say it as a lady bug or the beautiful red, I freeze this photo with my new smartphone, the Oppo type f5.
I tried to make the results of my photos in the form of macro or rather taking from a very close direction. In this case I am very free to photograph because the insect does not move and it is quiet enough to be photographed.
I only edited it a little by adding color contrast and adding bright effects to the image so that my photos taken like this, in my opinion this photo is quite beautiful as a beginner photographer like me.
In the photo shoot I was very lucky because it was supported by sunlight which was very compatible with the color contrast of the object so that this insect and the leaves where it was perched looked very sharp and alive.
I am very satisfied with the results of my own photo because I already know how to adjust images and photo objects in the realm of shooting.
However, I'm not one of the senior photographers like other friends who are very experienced in shooting an object in taking pictures. And if compared to me, I'm one of the losers.
But I am very confident in doing it myself without any direction or guidance from a teacher, I just taught myself that I read from one of the statements from Google.
What makes me interesting is that one senior photographer said in his writing he said **when taking pictures of an object from a close direction, then you have to focus on the object in the middle, while choosing a darker blackground with the object in focus.
So the direction I read earlier I applied to real life in taking photos of the insects that you see in my pictures and portraits like this.
This one insect looks beautiful when I photograph using the direction of the words that I mentioned earlier and in my opinion the results are satisfying, and I'm more confident in that.
The insects in the picture are more beautiful and lively as they see in real life. Initially these insects fade red then after being photographed into bright red colors and impressive in beautiful and enchanting shades.
Then you try to compare it with the image below, it looks blurry and the color is not found because the picture below me photo does not use the focus technique in the middle or do not see suitable lighting so the picture becomes blurry and dark.
That is a brief experience of photographing in the real world by using a camera wherever possible. May be useful. Thank you.
