Myanmar husband and wife
1.Consent to divorce;
2.Or the husband becomes monk;
3.Or one of them commits a marital sin, they
may divorce each other.
A Marital sin is;
-- Cruelty
-- And adultery.
Cruelty means doing hazardous acts to body, health and life of the wife or the husband. Adultery means having extramarital relation with somebody.

၁။ ႏွစ္​ဦးသ​ေဘာတူလ်ွင္​​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း၊
၂။ လင္​ျဖစ္​သူက ရဟန္​းျပဳသြားလ်ွင္​​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း၊
၃။ အိမ္​​ေထာင္​​ေရး ျပစ္​မႈတစ္​ခုခု က်ဳးလြန္​လ်ွင္​​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း လင္​မယားကြာႏိုင္​ျခင္​း႐ွိသည္​။
အိမ္​​ေထာင္​​ေရး ျပစ္​မႈဆိုသည္​ -
-- ရက္​စက္​မႈ
-- ​ေဖာက္​ျပန္​မႈစ​ေသာ ကိစၥမ်ားျဖစ္​၏။
ရက္​စက္​ျခင္​းဆိုသည္​မွာ ကိုယ္​ခႏၶာကို​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း၊ က်န္​းမာ​ေရးကို​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း၊ အသက္​ကို​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း ထိခိုက္​​ေအာင္​ ျပဳလုပ္​ျခင္​းျဖစ္​၏။ ​ေဖာက္​ျပန္​မႈဆိုသည္​မွာ လင္​​ေယာက်္​ားက​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း၊ မယားက​ေသာ္​လည္​း​ေကာင္​း အျခားတစ္​ဦးဦးႏွင္​့ ကြယ္​ရာတြင္​ ​ေဖာက္​ျပန္​မႈတို႔ျဖစ္​သည္​။
