Let's have a fun showing our talent in making food with our own procedure and style.I am just curious how to bake and how to form it and here is my HOMEMADE BREAD
All of those bread style were made from one kind of dough mixture,, procedure and ingredients.I was just changing the style according to my imagination when I was on my homeland.

INGREDIENTS;
I KILO ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 CUPS OF SUGAR
SALT TO TASTE
4 EGGS
2 TEA CUPS OF OIL
2CUPS OF FRESH MILK
1 1/2 TABLESPOON OF YEAST
PROCEDURE:
Mix all the liquid ingredients
Put sugar to cup,add a little amount of water then add yeast.Wait until.it rises.
Mix all the two procedures
Add all the mixed dry ingredients
Knead or put in an electric mixer.
Put in a room temperature and stay for one hour or until it double its sizes.
Make your own desirable style and filling.
Stay for 20min then bake with the lowest temperature of your oven.
Serve while it freshly bake and hot!
