Milktea used to be available in coffee shops or restos or snacl bars. Then small establishments started selling them. Then came ou the powdered milkteas without the pearls. I am not sure but I also heard you can buy your own ingredients and make your own. But that is not a good idea to buy ingredients and you don’t drink it often.
Now there is a milktea cart or a rolling food cart that sells only milktea. Finally they arrived in my hometown so I had to try.
I wanted to post the long line but privacy, mostly students and some were in uniforms. I heard sometimes it takes hours if you are late. Also their morning stock goes fast.
This is their big glass at only 69 pesos. I bought the dark choco flavored. So far they only have 4 flavors, original, matcha, okinawa and the dark choco. I have to try the okinawa because they said it is their best seller. Since it milktea is so popular, this might be a good source of income, especially since there are a lot of students in my town, we have 2 colleges, a lot of high schools and also private ones and a lot of businesses. But I will stick to my ice cream. Less hassle and stress and work.
