I recently joined Kucoin after doing most of my trading in the basics coins (ETH and BTC) on GDAX. I transferred some Ethereum over to my deposit address in Kucoin and it showed up and started getting confirmations. Supposedly it takes 12 confirmations before Kucoin will accept it as a deposit, but surprisingly my transaction got stuck at 11 confirmations and has been that way for hours now. I used their "view transaction" link and it goes to etherscan which seems to be down right now.
Does Kucoin use etherscan.io for this information?
If I view my transaction and the account on etherchain.org it shows that the block it was associated with has been confirmed hundreds of times.
Update:
Checking on my transaction via etherchain.org, it looks like it was moved out of that wallet into one with substantially more Ethereum in it. (I assume this is Kucoin's wallet, but does anyone else have experience with this and can verify?)
