SUMMARY
Ladies & Gents, we have a pregnancy! ETH is bloating and very obviously showing because she's impregnated with an ascending right triangle baby (blue lines). This is confirmed by the Mother Fractal of the same pattern (white lines)! The fetal ascending right triangle shows volume confirmation too as it's declining to a trickle. I believe this smaller setup is a way to await its turn to take the batton from Dadday Bitcoin (yes, it was Bitcoin who knocked ETH up!) and breach its upper blue line to mark the next stage of gestation noted by wave d (circled) and then wave e (circled).
The daily degree of price bars show Mother Fractal with prominent and I must say, very healthy, price strokes of a,b,c,d,e waves as if counting down the months to the expected day when fetal fractal will breach the upper horizontal white resistance line of the larger ascending right triangle and take its first gasp of birthing air at the lofty heights of all time new highs! (Damn! That was a run on sentence! My 8th grade English teacher would be proud!)
