Ethereum has suffered another set back when earlier in the week coding company Parity issued a security alert that version 1.5 of it's wallet had a vunerability.
$32 million in ether was stolen in the brazen attack causing Ethereum to take another hit on the market. Three companies have been identified as been victims to the theft, Edgeless casino, Swarm City and Aeternity.
Swarm city confirmed the loss of 44,000 Ethers with Edgeless Casino and Aeternity yet to make official statements.
This is just another set back in a string of hacks on Ethereum when earlier in the year $10 Million was stolen from Coinbase.
The security of online wallets really needs to be something companies put a huge focus on, if crypto wallets keep getting hacked it will cause massive doubt in the currencies and affect it's value on the market!
If we want crypto to be the future it needs to be proven they are safe and these hacks are really setting back confidence in the market.
