IMPORTANT WARNING for Ethereum-users: ReplaySafeSplit-contract not sending ETC

In spite of really appreciating Hive account@pauls work (see https://steemit.com/ethereum/@pauls/ethereum-fork-step-by-step-guide-to-safely-splitting-your-eth-etc) I noticed a serious bug.
Ether sent to this contract should be split into ETH and ETC but all transfers to the ETC-Address has not been working.
