How can Ethereum be more powerful than bitcoin if it cant even secure a basic transaction contract?
The so called "attack" was a legitimate contract on the Ethereum network.The things which Ethereum presents as "limitations" on the bitcoin network is what makes bitcoin so much more powerful than Ethereum.
These limitations which first and foremost allows a 100% secure transaction contracts are the foundation of all distributed messaging systems which may be trusted.
Ethereum at its current state can not even guaranty that to it's believers community. In fact it just proved the opposite since executing the fork against a contract on DAO.The fact that Ethereume's developers do not realize the etherume weakness regarding that essential basic of a trusted distributed messaging system is one major reason for all to not trust them as the developing teem to deliver a proven trusted system.
