This is the calm, before the store...
We've set the stage, and lights are ready...
...the staff is prepping with last minute Pre-Meal meetings, and the kitchen is bustling. And minute, the doors will open and we'll have 300 guests, waiting on us, for a party. What was once a big cavernous basketball court, is now the place to be on a weeknight.
