I just finished a 2.25km swimming that lasted about 0hh:34mm:24ss !
Thursday Duathlon, swimming after cycling. I was too tired to do the run as well but after a coffee & a flapjack felt good for the swim.
100m warmup. 350m drills. Main set was a sprint pyramid with 20 seconds rest in between
