I think I looked a bit too serious in the gym today :)
But I was crushing it.
I'm so surprised, especially because it was after my (midday) F1 race birthday party.
I did stop eating/drinking at 20:00, as I do now (I'm doing intermittent fasting), but I had plenty of beer and burgers before that.
I then had my 16 hours fast (including gym session) and felt fine.
Today my dad was here and he was craving junk food from the local snack bar.
It's the ultimate food sin, but it's so good from time to time.
Now...I'm very much convinced that to anyone who is not Dutch this looks horrendous.
It's fries, a frikandel special (some stick made from god knows what meat, nobody in the Netherlands really wants to know) drenched in mayo and a Kaas souffle (a fried thing with cheese inside) and a peanut sauce.
It did hit the spot I must admit.
I'm not 100% if I'm doing the fasting right all the time.
They say you can eat whatever you want in your food window and that's what I do.
But I'm not sure if they mean this.
I roll with it for now and then the scale can show me what's what.
(Admittedly most of the time I eat pretty healthily)
So far I only lost weight and got stronger and fitter, some I'm willing to take a chance.
