It is good step only beacause now they are going through approval process which will give them control over advert. Many people were scammed via ico adverts and Facebook can't find out if an ico is scam or not so its better be safe then sorry. And those people who are giving cryto a bad shade by scamming people in scam coins through advertisement will be restricted. This is a collaborative decision with crypto which will benefit both.
