Well, the actual question put to me yesterday was “how is it that they (judges/courts) can tell you what you can do with your pepi (baby)?”;
A quick background here is that as tangata whenua (indigenous to Aotearoa/New Zealand), I don’t recognise the authority of the New Zealand government or its agencies. The short of it is, they’re a de-facto government.
The only answer I have to the question is “they can’t and they know it”, but it’s the father that keeps dragging my daughter and me back into the system - his system.
It’s the other parent that keeps making applications to the courts and it’s the other parent that keeps making false allegations to the Ministry for Children and the New Zealand Police, because he knows that the people in the system are racist.
He’s a primary school teacher and through his training he knows what these agencies need on records to make it look like I’m the abusive one.
Systematic racism
I’ll be making a timeline soon, but for now, I can say that from the very start of his violence in 2019, the other parent was able to use the systematic racism to his advantage because being white is currency in our country.
I’d only ever been once to court when I was a teenager for drunkenness, otherwise I’ve never had anything to do with the courts or NZ Police - I was naive and ignorant to this systematic racism.
At the start of 2020, I left the abuser with the help of a kaupapa Māori service, and it was when I also happened upon a woman on FB who was talking about sovereignty and leaving the system. She led me to a group learning about exiting the system.
By then I had already experienced the racism from NZ Police, who believed everything the abuser told them because he had already made false allegations previously and created a record on me with them.
Every excuse he gave them for his abuse towards me was believed.
Now, I stand up for myself and my daughter
I delved deeply into learning how to exit this system, and because of these learnings, I started to stand up for myself and my daughter. It gave me strength and grounded me into who I am and my whakapapa (genealogy).
I’ve been standing up for myself and my daughter ever since and have continued to experience systematic racism within the courts and by NZ Police.
Racist judges, lawyers, deputy registrars
So far, I’ve encountered many racist members of NZ Police and a couple of judges, deputy registrars and a couple of lawyers.
The two “judges” that stand out for their hidden racism are Lynne Harrison and Anthony Stuart Greig. I’ll speak on Lynne Harrison another time but for now, Anthony Stuart Greig was the one who made an “order” in favour of the abusive other parent.
He’s been in front of me before at the start of all this and recently in 2024. He knows he has no authority, but chose to behave fraudulently anyway because he didn’t like being challenged by me.
Anthony Stuart Greig’s deputy registrar is Nikki Burton. Nikki Burton is the case manager for the file on my family matters and is also the case manager for the civil matter of the abuser's flying monkey, Wendy.
Nikki Burton tried to assert authority over me and didn’t like that I told her she had none and to do what she was instructed to do. She tried to get the court security Pierre Smit to assault and batter me, which he was told I’d put him in jail if he touched me.
Ever since, Nikki Burton has tried to assert her authority in passive aggressive ways. Popping up from behind the corner while I’m at the registrar's counter, acting like she’s reading a pamphlet; trying to hide who she is, and instead said she’s “a deputy registrar of the high court”, as if I didn’t know her face; not informing her judge that I’ll be doing karakia when I told her I’d be doing it (of course I did it anyway as I was just being polite).
Nikki Burton and her “judge” Anthony Stuart Greig have teamed up to abuse my daughter and me, simply because they were challenged and told they have no authority here.
Anthony Stuart Greig manipulated what was said in the courts and chose to ignore the clear racism and abuse from the other parent because in my view, Anthony Stuart Greig is a racist abuser himself. He slipped and his racism was revealed when he called me a “sovereign citizen” in one of his decisions. It’s a denial of my identity as tangata whenua (indigenous) and a breach of He Whakaputanga (Declaration of Independence), Te Tiriti O Waitangi and other International law.
No surprises really as Anthony Stuart Greig emigrated here from the UK. He is British. He’s been a constable in the NZ Police, a lawyer, an investigator of war crimes for the United Nations where he travelled to Rwanda to investigate genocide (acting like a "white saviour") and yet comes to our country and denies his own racism towards the indigenous here.
He has the same racist colonial attitude his ancestors had when they came here and committed crimes on our people. That same attitude still exists and still causes harm to our people today. These racists must be outed and they must either leave our country or learn to live with tangata whenua (indigenous) peacefully and stop causing harm.
How did I get here? This is how.
