Life is really simple but most of the people are too naive to understand that. People try to focus more on temporary happiness like buying a Ferrari, iPhone or some other things that cannot lasts forever but if we closely look at things then we will know that our family is our true happiness. If a person can keep a healthy and good relationship with its family then the person is on right track of happiness and other things won’t even matter. It may seem pretty easy to just say that I will keep a good relationship with my family and care for it but it is the hardest thing to do. The reason is simple they don’t fall under our priorities. Encourage them to share more and more of their feelings and the important part is you need to appreciate their thoughts and perspective. Each and every person is different so their thoughts also differs and you should respect that. If a person is going opposite of the crowd then don’t just discourage them, try to understand their perspective.
Eat and Play Together
The biggest problem with our generation is they don’t pay attention to people that are available instead they pay attention to things and people that are miles away and feel sad about it. In order to avoid that feeling, try to spend as much time as possible with your family. By eating food together and playing on weekends can greatly help a person to create a strong bond with its family members. It will remove the distance between them, bring them closer and happiness will happen.
Prioritise Family Over Friends and Work
Prioritising family over your friends and work is greatly appreciated. It gives them a feeling of importance and that is very helpful to create a stronger bond. When you feel important, it implicitly make you more mature about your closed ones and care for them in the same way as you yourself to be cared. It will not only help you to grow personally but will also help you to understand other’s perspective. I am not saying completely get rid of your friends but you should pay more attention to your family.
Never Fight and Keep Your Voice Low
If you truly want to create a good relationship with your family then you should try to understand the other person’s vulnerabilities and the most important thing never attack on the same. It can greatly make them feel uncomfortable and change their mood to fighting. Another thing that you need to take care is if you are having a argument with your closed ones then try to keep your voice low as the meaning would be same but it would feel more polite and mature. It helps to gain trust and makes you a more understandable person.
